Invitrogen APC-eFluor 780 dye is a near-infrared fluorescent dye designed to be a high-performance tandem fluorophore for multicolor flow cytometry. It is designed for use with flow cytometers equipped with a red laser and have an emission peak of 780 nm. With similar spectral characteristics to APC-Alexa Fluor 750, APC-eFluor 780 requires no changes to your instrument configuration for use, allowing you to easily add APC-eFluor 780 to your multicolor panels.
We offer APC-eFluor 780 dye conjugated to primary antibodies for use in flow cytometry.
Comparison of APC-eFluor 780 dye to APC-H7 dye using flow cytometry. Mouse splenocytes were stained with CD8a Monoclonal Antibody (53-6.7), APC-eFluor 780 (blue line) or CD8a monoclonal antibody conjugated to APC-H7 (red line).
