Fast, sensitive analysis of DNA and RNA samples
Invitrogen E-Gel DNA Ladders are double stranded DNA fragments of defined mass and size suspended pre-mixed with gel loading buffer. These ladders are formulated for optimal performance on Invitrogen E-Gel Precast Agarose Gels. For best results, use with Invitrogen E-Gel Sample Loading Buffer.

Use the DNA ladder suited to a specific application for accurate band analysis. Table 1 lists E-Gel DNA Ladders available by high-to-low bp range. For optimal performance, use the right combination of E-Gel DNA Ladders and E-Gel Precast Agarose Gels as specified in Table 2.

E-Gel Sample Loading Buffer
E-Gel Sample Loading Buffer is ready to use out of the tube, requiring no further dilution. It contains the unique tracking dyes xylene cyanol FF (XCFF) and tartrazine; these dyes visually track DNA migration during electrophoresis, and indicate when maximum resolution is achieved.
