- Gene synthesis and cloning into vector backbone of interest

- Uses Gibco LV-MAX or AAV-MAX system CTS-grade for easy scale-up
- Packaged virus particles can be concentrated up to 100X
- Titer determined by p24 ELISA for Lentivirus or qPCR for AAV
- Optional functional titer of viral particles available as a separate assay
- Final deliverable: concentrated virus particles, 1 mL (5 x 200 µL) with an average titer range between 106–109 for lentivirus and 109–1012 for AAV

Gibco LV-MAX Lentiviral Production System
LV-MAX is designed to seamlessly transition from discovery to commercial production, offering a scalable and high-yield lentiviral production platform. It is a suspension based, high-density culture of HEK 293–derived Viral Production Cells adapted to a special chemically defined, serum-free and protein-free LV-MAX Production Medium.
