Versatile shaker applications, reliable performance

As your work evolves, so do the needs of your lab. Our orbital shaking machines can keep up with your growing needs. Whatever your research requirements, we have a shaker suited to the job.

Dependable drive mechanisms

A shaker table’s drive system defines its performance and durability. We use heavy duty, triple eccentric, and triple counterbalanced drive mechanisms in our shakers. The triple eccentric drive accommodates heavier loads, while the triple counterbalanced drive supports unbalanced loading. Both systems enable uniform, reliable operation over time.

Be confident in your shaker’s performance with a 10-year drive warranty

All shakers have weight limits that should be considered, but the shaker’s performance may be better measured by its ability to maintain uniform shaking and operation over the long term, especially with heavy and unbalanced loads. We back our drive systems with a full 10-year warranty.

Versatile orbit, speed, and temperature ranges

Every application has an ideal orbit size, rotational speed, and temperature requirement for optimal and consistent results  Our orbital shakers feature precise performance controls that allow you to achieve the optimal specifications for your experiment. Durable drive systems offer choices of orbit sizes along with a wide range of temperature and speed capabilities.

Easy to use

Our shakers include ergonomic features like bright, intuitive controls and easy-to-reach and easy-to-clean surfaces that are appreciated by busy staff.  Quiet operation and a variety of sizes and configurations that help maximize capacity while saving valuable lab space also contribute to a better lab environment.

Thermo Scientific shakers use an advanced user interface that includes touch screen controls (available on Solaris models). The full-color touchscreen display allows you to clearly view speed and runtimes concurrently, even from a distance. It also offers historical monitoring of alerts, alarms, and interaction logs to help provide greater security and reproducibility for your work. With Solaris Orbital Shakers, you can set, run and monitor vital statistics each with a touch. Graphing capabilities allow you to monitor the history of your run.

Easy to clean and maintain

Our orbital shakers offer easy-to-remove platforms, accessible interior spaces and rounded corners that make cleaning fast and simple. Design innovations lower maintenance requirements while protecting the motor and drive mechanism for longer service life.

Minimum lab space, maximum shaker function

Our orbital shakers are designed to respect your lab’s valuable space.  Whether it is benchtop or floor space, our shakers facilitate maximum capacity while minimizing footprint.  They are also built for extreme versatility and flexibility with a broad range of accessories.

More environmentally sustainable

We are committed to designing products that enable our customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer. Our refrigerated orbital shakers use more environmentally friendly refrigerants and advanced Peltier cooling technology to deliver energy efficiency and a greener choice for your lab.

Worry-free durability
