Capture images in brightfield, phase contrast, color imaging, and fluorescence

Flexible

Compatible with the full selection of EVOS objectives (1.25-60X) and light cubes

No training required

Simple user interface with touchscreen display

Space-saving design

Our smallest EVOS footprint fits easily on the lab bench or in a cell culture hood

Connectivity

Network-capable instrument facilitates seamless data transfer, storage and collaboration enhancing productivity and data management

EVOS real-time confluency tool

The patent-pending EVOS real-time confluency tool can typically measure confluency in less than 1 second without requiring any image capture, making it excellent for eliminating user bias in routine cell culture. The output from this proprietary bioapplication correlates well with confluency measurements from other software, e.g., Cell Profiler, and is standard on all EVOS M3000 instruments.

Induced pluripotent stem cells imaged over time with the EVOS M3000 instrument. Human fibroblast-derived induced pluripotent stem cells were cultured on a vitronectin-coated 6-well plate in Gibco Essential 8 Flex Medium for 3 days. Cells were imaged with the EVOS M3000 instrument under phase microscopy with and without the automatically generated confluency mask and measurement.

Accessories

EVOS objectives

Visit EVOS Cell Imaging System Accessories to learn more about the complete objectives available for EVOS Imaging Systems.

EVOS light cubes

EVOS LED-based light cubes provide excellent illumination uniformity with maximal signal-to-background ratios and minimal bleed-through. EVOS light cubes are user-changeable and automatically recognized for plug-and play across the spectrum and across EVOS imaging systems. Light cubes are available individually or as convenient light cube starter kits.

*This is not a complete list of compatible dyes.

The Fluorescence SpectraViewer tool is designed to help optimize light cube and dye compatibility for your EVOS or Countess imaging systems.

EVOS M3000 mechanical stage

The EVOS M3000 Mechanical Stage is an optional addition to the universal, fixed stage provided with the EVOS M3000 Imaging System. This mechanical stage has X-Y axis controls and a vessel holder framework that accommodates our broad range of vessel holders. When using the mechanical stage, vessel holders and large vessels can be held securely in place by a stage clip during operation.
