Thermo Scientific SureTect Escherichia coli O157:H7 and STEC Screening PCR Assay
A rapid real-time PCR method for the detection and differentiation of Escherichia coli O157:H7 and other STEC, in a wide range of food and environmental samples, in as little as 10 hours. The workflow has been granted AOAC Performance Tested Methods(SM) Certification from the AOAC Research Institute and NF Validation™ from AFNOR (ISO 16140-2:2016) for analysis of up to 25 g dairy products and up to 375 g raw meat (excluding poultry) and vegetables.
Thermo Scientific SureTect Escherichia coli STEC Identification PCR Assay
Samples assessed as positive using the SureTect Escherichia coli O157:H7 and STEC Screening PCR Assay, can be confirmed using this rapid, real-time PCR assay. The assay has been AOAC-RI and AFNOR (ISO 16140-2:2016) validated on a range of food, including low and high sample sizes of raw meat (excluding poultry), vegetables, fruits, juices, and dairy samples.
Thermo Scientific SureTect Escherichia coli O157:H7 PCR Assay
A rapid, highly-specific real-time PCR method for the detection of E. coli O157:H7. The assay holds AOAC Performance Tested Methods(SM) approval granted by the AOAC Research Institute for analysis of up to 375 g of raw beef meats and fresh produce. The assay is also validated according to ISO 16140-2:2016 and certified by NF Validation™ by AFNOR for analysis of up to 25 g raw meat products and vegetables.
