Diffuse Clusters in SNP Analysis
SNP diffuse clustering
If you are getting diffuse clustering in your SNP analysis, it is likely you have one of these problems:
- Your DNA sample may not be accurately quantitated
- You may not have ROX™ dye in the master mix
- You may have evaporation from the reaction well
- Your pipetting may be inaccurate
- Your reactions may not be mixed efficiently and/or centrifuged sufficiently
- Your instrument may not be adequately calibrated
- You may not have designated ROX™ dye as the reference dye
