11-1171 was used in Flow cytometry/Cell sorting to describe the IKKβ/NF-κB signalling pathway involved in embryonic angiogenesis, which Ikkβ locus disruption in foetal liver vasculature revealed to be responsible for regulation of hepatocyte proliferation and apoptosis, however not for hematopoiesis.
