Mouse IL-7R alpha/CD127 (soluble) Fc is a 51.0 kDa protein containing 452 amino acid residues consisting of the extracellular domain of the mature sequence, as well as a 230 C-terminal Fc region linked by two glycines.
This product is shipped at ambient temperature. For storage, handling and reconstitution information, please see the lot-specific Certificate of Analysis.
Interleukin 7 (IL-7) is a hematopoietic cytokine that is constitutively produced by stromal cells from the bone marrow and thymus. IL-7 signals through the IL-7R to promote the differentiation of hematopoietic stem cells to lymphoid precursor cells, which give rise to T cells, B cells, and natural killer cells.
