Contents: 100 μL at 20 U/μL. Sufficient for 100 reverse transcription reactions, 20 μl each. RNase Inhibitor in Storage Buffer: 20 mM HEPES-KOH, pH 7.6; 50 mM KCl; 8 mM DTT; and 50% (v/v) glycerol. Store at -20°C.
