Thermo Scientific Bsp119I (BstBI) restriction enzyme recognizes TT^CGAA sites and cuts best at 37°C in Tango buffer (Isoschizomers: AsuII, Bpu14I, BspT104I, BstBI, Csp45I, NspV, SfuIm).
