Description:
AnStat-330 Online Sampling and Elemental Analysis Station
The Thermo Scientific™ AnStat-330 Online Sampling and Elemental Analysis Station is a high availability, low head loss solution for metallurgical accounting and high-quality measurement of critical slurry streams in mineral processing plants. Featuring an integrated analyzer and a full-flow, multistage, representative sampler, it delivers accurate real-time assays for the enhanced control of flotation circuits, from flotation plant feed, roughing and cleaning circuits including final concentrates and final tailings. By eliminating costly and potentially unreliable high-maintenance sample transport system and eliminating the measurement lag associated with the cycle time delays and cross-contamination associated with centralized analyzers the AnStat-330 delivers a reliable, rapid, and effective response to process upsets and changing feed conditions. The low head loss design eliminates the need for sample pumps and reduces plant elevation requirements simplifying flotation plant layout and installation. Use the AnStat-330 to improve processing efficiency, reduce life of mine OPEX for sampling and analysis, energy consumption, optimize reagent consumption, and improve metal recovery, to positively impact the bottom line.

Delivering dedicated sampling and analysis for high value streams, the AnStat-330 allows you to efficiently track and control both primary and nuisance elements and losses to tailings while producing a final concentrate that meets smelter requirements maximize the Net Smelter Return for your operation. Key features include:

  • Real-time elemental analysis and composite samples, for effective process control and metallurgical accounting.
  • Very low head loss, simplifying design and layout for sampling while eliminating sample pups and reducing overall plant head requirements.
  • Advanced energy dispersive X-ray detector, for accurate measurement from calcium to uranium with integrated Peltier cooler for reliable, trouble-free operation over a wide range of in-plant environmental conditions.
  • Versatile and compact, simplifies integration in existing process plants.
  • Exceptional availability, for reliable accurate measurement and sampling, 24/7.
  • Multistage sampling, for highly representative proportional stream sampling down to the final stage, an environmentally hardened cross-cut sampler for accurate accounting samples.
  • Low maintenance, for trouble-free operation over the long-term with minimal maintenance as the only moving parts are found in the final stage cross-cut sampler.
  • Finals stage cross-scut sampler is identical across the full range of process volumetric flows for both the AnStat-330 and SamStat-30
  • A range of additional options, for optimized operation, for each application including:
    • Pebble screen to reject oversized particles from cyclone overflow for return to the grinding circuit. This option is suggested as a back-up to a primary oversize and tramp material screen located upstream on the primary grinding circuit product.
    • Outlet distributor to divide the slurry flow into two or more separate streams of specified flow volume percentage.
    • Upwelling/reverse flow sampling zone provides ideal sampling conditions for particle size analysis (see PSM-500)
    • Vacuum Filter for composite sampler
