POROS™ CaptureSelect™ FcXP Affinity Resin

POROS CaptureSelect FcXP Affinity Resin is specifically designed for the purification of recombinant human IgG, Fc fusion proteins, and plasma-derived IgG through binding of the CH3 domain of human IgG. The FcXP ligand recognizes all human IgG subclasses (IgG1, 2, 3, and 4) with high binding capacity (20–25 g IgG/L) and excellent elution characteristics. The large pore structure of the POROS bead enables efficient purification of larger biomolecules.

Free of animal components

CaptureSelect products contain affinity ligands based on recombinant single-domain antibody fragments (VHH) created by a proprietary technology. The VHH affinity ligand is a 12–15 kDa fragment comprising the three complementarity-determining regions (CDRs) that form the antigen-binding domain, efficiently produced in the yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae by a production process free of any animal components (Animal Origin-Free).
