Gibco CTS HiFi Cas9 Protein is our GMP-manufactured high-fidelity CRISPR-Cas9 protein, engineered to deliver reduced off-target effects while maintaining high on-target activity. This protein is designed and manufactured in compliance with the principles of GMP and to meet requirements of the standards for Ancillary Materials for Cell, Gene, and Tissue-Based Products. It is provided in a high-concentration and large-scale format for process development and clinical research applications.

CTS HiFi Cas9 Protein is a Streptococcus pyogenes high-fidelity Cas9 protein, produced by recombinant DNA technology in E. coli for genome editing with CRISPR technology. Cas9 protein forms a very stable RNP complex with the guide RNA (gRNA) component of the CRISPR-Cas9 system. Incorporation of NLS aids delivery to the nucleus, increasing the editing efficiency and on-target cleavage.
