Efficient-Pro™ AGT™ Feed 1

Efficient-Pro AGT Feed 1 is a next-generation Chinese hamster ovary (CHO) feed used in the production of monoclonal antibodies (mAbs), offering significant performance and ease-of-use improvements over earlier Gibco and competitor products. Designed to work optimally with Efficient-Pro AGT Medium, Efficient-Pro AGT Feed 1 has been formulated specifically for use in CHO-K1 cell lines. The Efficient-Pro AGT system increases titer and specific productivity, improves protein quality and metabolite profiles, and is easier to use with less solubility issues than other CHO media and feed offerings.

Efficient-Pro AGT Feed 1 has been formulated as a chemically defined, animal-origin-free cell culture feed used in the bioproduction of mAbs and other therapeutics in traditional batch and fed-batch bioprocessing workflows, particularly in combination with CHO cell line variants.
