The Ion 510 & Ion 520 & Ion 530 Food Protection Kit-Chef (1 sequencing run per initialization) is used in conjunction with the Ion Chef Food Protection Instrument and Ion GeneStudio™ S5 Food Protection System to enable automated template preparation and sequencing of up to 400 base-read libraries.
The Ion 510 & Ion 520 & Ion 530 Food Protection Kit contains pre-packaged single-use template and sequencing reagent cartridges for use with the Ion Chef Food Protection System and Ion GeneStudio S5 Food Protection System delivering an automated workflow for sequencing of eight loaded chips with complete run traceability.
