RapidFinder Analysis Software v1.0 supports the Thermo Scientific™ SureTect™ PCR Assay workflows, and Thermo Scientific™ RapidFinder™ Salmonella Species, Typhimurium and Enteritidis Multiplex PCR Kit workflow on the Applied Biosystems™ QuantStudio™ 5 Food Safety Real-Time PCR System which comes with QuantStudio™ Design & Analysis Software.

RapidFinder Analysis Software v1.0 is a graphical, easy-to-use tool for food and environmental testing labs to optimize their pathogen detection workflow. The software: 

• Leads you through the steps to specify the targets of interest and the number of samples and controls to run
• Gives you the flexibility to let the software determine the optimal location for unknown samples and controls on the plate, or to customize the plate layout
• Leads you through the steps to start an instrument run. The software uses preset, optimized thermal cycling conditions, and automatically generates the results (presence or absence of the pathogen), which you can view for all locations, for each sample, or for individual tubes.
• Allows you to view results on an easy-to-read screen with color-coded presence/absence calls

 The main features of the RapidFinder™ Analysis Software include:

• Fully automated amplification, detection, data collection, and data analysis (when run setup is performed with the software)
• Quick interpretation of data with flags, notifications, and prompts
• Detailed report generation for printing or export

RapidFinder Analysis Software and the Applied Biosystems™ QuantStudio 5 Food Safety Real-Time PCR System with a 96-well, 0.1-mL block configuration are integral parts of validated workflows for Salmonella spp., Salmonella species, Typhimurium and Enteritidis Multiplex, Listeria monocytogenes, Listeria spp., E. coli O157:H7, and Cronobacter spp. in a variety of food matrices.
