A mycoplasma-contaminated African green monkey fibroblast cell line was stained with cell-permeant, blue-fluorescent Hoechst 33342 nucleic acid stain (Cat. no. H1399, H3570, H21492), simultaneously illustrating both cell nuclei and mycoplasma. The image was acquired using filters appropriate for DAPI.
