1. Eligibility:

   - This promotion is open exclusively to customers in Singapore, Indonesia, and Thailand through our authorized distributors: Bio Laboratories Pte Ltd (Singapore), PT Wiralab Analitika Solusindo (Indonesia), and Phoenix Scientific Co.,Ltd (Thailand).

   - Purchase orders must be submitted during the promotional period, with an order placement date no later than 31 December, 2024.

2. Stock Availability: The promotion is valid while stocks last. If stock is unavailable, eligibility for the promotion is forfeited automatically.

3. Order Value: The order value is based on successful orders placed during the promotional period.

4. Authorization: By redeeming gifts or participating in this promotion, you confirm that you are authorized by your employing entity to receive the prizes. Relevant authorization documents assigned by your employing entity must be provided upon request.

5. Legal and Contractual Restrictions: You must not accept any gifts from Thermo Fisher if contractual, legal, or regulatory restrictions apply. If local laws, regulations, or institutional policies restrict participation, the promotion will be void. Please inform Thermo Fisher if this applies.

6. Non-Combination with Other Offers: This promotion cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.

7. Distributor Restrictions: Distributors and their affiliated companies are not eligible to participate in this promotion. Any gifts obtained by distributors will be automatically invalidated and cannot be claimed.
