The growing demand for battery production means battery manufacturers need to ensure that their production workflows are operating as efficiently and cost-effectively as possible. Alongside this is the on-going requirement to warrant the performance and safety of the pre-production testing of raw materials, in-process monitoring of intermediate components, and ensure end-products meets specific industry standards.
With a LIMS software, advanced battery manufacturers can centrally organize data through quality management workflows, and successfully access, analyze and share data and information to increase efficiency and maintain regulatory compliance. Implementing a LIMS can also aggregate data in a meaningful way, allowing the data to be shared seamlessly, helping to drive insightful decision-making. With the right informatics tools to support production, battery manufacturers can build a strong foundation for improved quality and efficiency, making sure that industry standards are met and profit margins are maximized.
