Human prostate tissue with adenocarcinoma imaged using an Alexa Fluor 488 FluoroNanogold conjugate. Tissues were labeled with an anti-cytokeratin antibody, followed by staining with the Alexa Fluor 488 FluoroNanogold Fab' fragment of goat anti–mouse IgG antibody (Cat. no. A24920). The fluorescence image in the left panel was taken with filters appropriate for fluorescein. The right panel shows a bright-field image of the same system, processed with the LI Silver (LIS) Enhancement Kit (Cat. no. L24919) to visualize the gold distribution.
