Check Order Status and Track Shipments

Check order status

To view your Thermo Fisher Scientific order, please visit our online order status tool.  To access the order status tool, click on the order status link located in the header of every page on thermofisher.com.

 

When you click on the order status link, you will be presented with the order status lookup page. Don’t have a Thermo Fisher Scientific account, click on the register now link to create an account.

 

You can also view an individual order without a Thermo Fisher Scientific account by entering the sales order number, or the purchase order (PO) number. Then, enter the shipping postal code associated with the order. 

  • The sales order number can be found in your order confirmation email
  • The shipping postal code is required for security purposes

Once you have entered the sales order number or the purchase order number and postal code, select the View order details button. Your order information will be displayed, including shipping status and the availability of each product on your order.

 

If you have a Thermo Fisher Scientific account, you can check the order status of all orders placed in the past year by signing into the Account Dashboard. Simply click on the Sign in option from the thermofisher.com header to log in and view your orders in Recent Orders, use the search feature, or view Order History. Once you find the order you are looking for, select it and the drop down will display order status information including order tracking and documents.

 

Documents will be populated into the Account Dashboard when the order is shipped.

Step by Step

Enter the sales order number or the purchase order number by selecting the radio button at the top. Next, enter in the shipping postal code/zip code. Select the View order details button to view your order details.

View the most up-to-date availability information and shipping status for each product on your order.

Sign into your account

 

Enter your username and select the Next button to enter your password. Enter your password and select the Sign in button. Don’t have an account? Click the Create Account button to start the registration process.

Order status details

 

View the most up-to-date availability information and shipping status for each product on your order. Locate your order in the Recent Orders section of your account dashboard, use the search feature in the dashboard, or click on the Order History link to view your order history from the past twelve months.

Track Shipments

Track shipments allows you to track all active shipments associated with an order. The contents of each shipment will display the number of items and products in each shipment.

Note: You can sign up to receive delivery notifications for up to three recipients on the Track Shipments page.

Step 1

Click on the Order Status link in the header.

Step 2

Order status lookup

Enter the sales order number or the purchase order number by selecting the radio button at the top. Next, enter in the shipping postal code /zip code.

Select the View Order Details button to view your order details.   

Step 3

Select View Order Details to check your order status and review your order details.

Step 4

Select Track Order to view shipment tracking information.

Step 5

Click on Sign up for delivery notifications and enter your email address and/or phone number to set up email or text messaging for delivery notifications.
