For FACS analysis, use 10 µL of the suggested working dilution to label 1x10^6 cells in 100 µL.
Mouse anti Pig CD45RC, clone MIL5 recognizes a restricted CD45 epitope encoded by the CD45 C exon and will bind and immunoprecipitate both the approximately 210 kDa RC and approximately 226 kDa RAC isoforms.
CD45RC (PTPRC) is a protein tyrosine-protein phosphatase required for T-cell activation through the antigen receptor. It acts as a positive regulator of T-cell coactivation upon binding to DPP4. The first PTPase domain has enzymatic activity, the second affects the substrate specificity of the first. Upon T-cell activation, CD45RC recruits and dephosphorylates SKAP1 and FYN. Mutations of the gene can result in severe combined immunodeficiency and multiple sclerosis.
